3. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM IST will be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Costs

Mayaval offers flexible shipping cost options:

  • Free Shipping: No Free Shipping

  • Flat Rate Shipping: ₹80.00 for orders below the free shipping threshold.

We partner with reliable courier services namely Delhivery, E-com Express to ensure timely delivery.

8. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-shipment.
