Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be in new condition and returned within 2 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility:

    • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

    • Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from our website.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted. To exchange an item:

  • Initiate a return for the original item.

  • Place a new order for the desired product.

Return Method & Fees

  3. Return Label: Customers are responsible for downloading and printing the return label.
  4. Restocking Fees: No cost applied.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 2 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
