Payment Confirmation

• Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message with the transaction and order details.

• In case of any payment-related issues or failed transactions, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

Important Notes

• For Cash on Delivery orders, refusal to accept delivery without a valid reason may lead to restrictions on future COD purchases.

• In rare cases of double charges or payment failures, the refund (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
